May 20th: World Bee Day - Did you know that bees pollinate the vast majority of flowering plants, securing our food supply? However, their numbers, along with other pollinators, are declining. The day is used to promote actions that will protect and enhance pollinators and their habitats, increase pollinator numbers, encourage diversity, and promote sustainable beekeeping.

Have you ever experienced a "gut feeling" and decided not to do something? This could be your intuition guiding you away from potential dangers or negative situations. But what exactly do intuition and instinct mean, and how are they different from one another?
As sentient beings, you are constantly aware of dangers and your surroundings. Instinct is hardwired into your DNA, so you automatically react to situations with a primal fight-or-flight response. This response is always active, and you take instinctive actions.
Intuition is the sense of knowing or awareness that you experience without relying on conscious reasoning. It is not a reaction but a thought or feeling. It is an answer or response to your thoughts or prayers that you sent to the Universe. You can often find evidence, thoughts, or feelings that everything is okay or that your intuition was correct. Therefore, can you develop your intuition? If so, how has yours developed?
If you want to enhance your intuition and discover answers, consider our personal growth and self-awareness courses, which help you better understand your intuition and emotional responses.

Family Memories and Their Influence
April has been about confronting the past, especially family memories, which have resurfaced for myself and many clients. Family relationships shape our resilience and skills, influencing our future paths. However, childhood patterns can become so ingrained that we unconsciously repeat them—like emotional triggers during meetings with teachers

Setting Personal Boundaries
Understanding and Establishing Healthy Limits
Setting personal boundaries is an important aspect of maintaining your wellbeing and fostering healthy relationships. Boundaries help you define what is acceptable for you in terms of behaviour, communication, and interaction with others. By clearly expressing your limits, you empower yourself to protect your emotional, mental, and physical space.
To establish boundaries, start by identifying your values and needs. Communicate these clearly and assertively with those around you, whether at work, home, or among friends. Remember, respecting your own boundaries is just as crucial as expecting others to honour them. Practising consistency and standing firm on your limits creates a safe environment where mutual respect can thrive.
• Recognise situations where you feel uncomfortable or stressed
• Communicate your boundaries calmly and clearly
• Be prepared to reinforce your limits if they are challenged
• Respect others' boundaries as much as you want yours respected
Healthy boundaries can enhance your self-esteem, reduce stress, and promote positive relationships. Take time to reassess your boundaries regularly, and adjust them as your needs evolve.

Breathing Techniques to Reduce Stress
Simple Methods to Calm Your Mind and Body
Stress can often be managed through intentional breathing exercises. Here are a few effective techniques:
• Deep Belly Breathing: Sit comfortably and place one hand on your abdomen. Breathe in slowly through your nose, letting your belly expand, and exhale gently through your mouth. Repeat for several breaths, focusing on the movement of your abdomen.
• 4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale quietly through your nose for a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 7, and exhale completely through your mouth for a count of 8. This method is particularly helpful before sleep or during moments of anxiety.
• Box Breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and hold again for 4 seconds. Repeat this cycle several times to restore calm and focus.
Practising these techniques regularly can help reduce stress, improve concentration, and promote overall wellbeing.

Once you’re ready to challenge what’s happening in your life, you will be matched with a guide based on your soul’s age and experience. You already possess your spiritual higher self, often your intuition or “sixth sense”. Other levels of guides exist, and a well-known one is your guardian angel. This spiritual guide focuses on you alone and has been with you from birth and will remain for the rest of your life. Moving up the guide levels are the archangels, powerful beings who help when things go wrong. You may have heard of Gabriel, Michael, Raphael and Uriel. At the upper level are ascended masters, the highest spiritually enlightened beings in the spiritual rankings. You can request special assistance from your guardian angel, archangel, a consciousness from a different planet or an ascended master, and they will come in response to a prayer, an invocation, an affirmation or your request to the Universe. Your guide will stay with you until your next evolution or until you have met or exceeded a challenge. On encountering a new challenge, you may have a different guide, one who is the most appropriate for you at that point, step up to help you.
