I’m grateful for this vessel, and for the man that I’ve become. Many times as kid I heard racist comments about the colour of my skin at my street and also at school. These were comments how I was ugly, how that I should feel inferior as my ancestors were slaves until 1888. It took me many years to understand that was an attack not the reality.
One of the best things that you can for a kids self stem is to tell how well they are doing, that they are worth it of being whoever they want be or how proud you are of them.
I’ll ask you today say this to your kids, grandkids or friends, we never know whom may be needing that today.
