色んなものともう一度結び付き、繋がれる場所と時間の提供をしています。

ヨガインストラクター、子供達へのタッチケアセラピストとして活動する中、
現在はニュージーランドのクライストチャーチの拠点を置き、現地のスタジオでヨガインストラクターとしてクラスを持ちながら、
日本人の方向けに、オンラインにてヨガクラスを行なっています。

2014年　500時間ハタヨガトレーニング修了
大阪、京都を拠点に２本でレギュラーでヨガクラスを担当。
2014年10月　小児リハビリテーションセンターにて、ADHDや自閉症、脳梗塞などを抱えた子供達の施設でスタッフ兼、ヨガインストラクターとして施設の子供達への

ヨガプログラムとクラスを二年間担当。
2016年４月　トラベリングヨガインストラクターとしてアジア・イギリス・EU・アメリカ・オーストラリア・ニュージーランドなど約１５か国を周りながらヨガクラスやタッチケアのワークショップを約４年間に渡り行なう。
2016年８月　イタリアにいた際に、Acro Yogaのトレーニングに参加。
2019年　一度離れたニュージーランドに再び戻り移住生活を始める。
クライストチャーチの４つのスタジオではパワーヨガ・ハタ・ビクラムヨガ・陰ヨガのクラスを担当。
2020年　オンラインヨガクラスの提供を開始。
2021年3月　リストラティブヨガトレーニング修了
2021年２月〜現在　Donna Farhi “Art of Teaching”トレーニングに参加中

As winter draws to a close, this is a moment to turn inward—one last time before the bloom.
Just as the trees shed their final leaves to protect their roots, we too are invited to reconnect with our inner energy, to soften, and to prepare for spring from within.
With the gentle support of Mama Cacao, grounding Yin Yoga, and the sacred vibrations of Sound Healing, we’ll drop into stillness and presence—making space to hear our true inner voice.
We’ll close the circle with time to journal, or to share what’s ready to be spoken in the company of supportive sisterhood.

I’ll keep doing what excites my heart.

I won’t fight against the rules or norms of society. Because when I’m centered in myself,

I don’t know exactly what it is, but I know something has shifted inside me.

I don’t lie. I have been struggling with my transition. I have recently faced so much pain and darkness that I had been avoiding.

Yes, many aspects of my darkness have surfaced. It was incredibly painful. I shouted, I yelled, I screamed for help…

The pain I had to face felt just like my experience in my second Ayahuasca ceremony. I had stomach pain again.

But deep inside, I know what I’m doing. This was not just my pain—it was healing for my ancestors.

I AM A CYCLE BREAKER.
I have the ability to heal not only myself but also all the women who have had their voices and emotions suppressed.

I HAVE A VOICE.
I DON’T HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE.
I HAVE YOU.

Deep inside, you already know—you are the one breaking the cycle and opening a new path this time.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE
WE ARE SISTERS

何かが私のなかで変わった感覚。
それが何かはまだ言葉にできない。

ここ最近、本当にずっとずっと
避けてきた痛みや闇と、ついに向き合うことになった。

たくさんの闇が表に出てきて、まだあるのか…ってほんまに辛かった。

叫んで、泣いて、助けを求めて…

そのプロセスは二回目のアヤワスカのセレモニーのときみたいに
めちゃくちゃ苦しくて
あのときと同じように、胃が痛くなって
奥の奥から出てくる本当の声を発するまで
それが続いたり。

でも、深いところでは分かってる

これは私だけの痛みじゃない。
私は、ご先祖様たちの痛みも癒しているって。

私は、サイクルブレイカー
ただ自分を癒すだけじゃなく、
ずっと抑え込まれてきた女性たちの声と感情を解放する力を持っている。

私は、声を持つ
一人でやる必要はない。
私には、あなたがいる。

あなたも知っているはず。
あなたこそが、このサイクルを断ち切り、
新しい道を切り開く存在であることを。

コアが来てからたくさんの愛と喜びと共にたくさんチャレンジなことも🐶🙏

生活がガラッと変わり、自分の時間を見つけることも順番にコアの面倒を見ることも一つ一つが新しくまだまだ戸惑いながらも過ごしています😌

彼女のための愛の形は可愛がるだけではなく、
今後のお互いのために突き放すことや無視することのバランスも大切でそこが私にとってチャレンジ！

こっちがリーダーシップをとることや諦めないこと

ほんっとにたくさん彼女から学ばせてもらっている🙏
この小さく尊い生命にたくさん感動もしながら
一緒に成長していきます🐶🥹

そして、
人間の赤ちゃんも、仔犬も、ビジネスも、恋人や結婚、

Since Koa came into my life, I’ve experienced so much love and joy, along with plenty of challenges.
Life has changed completely—I’m still figuring out how to balance finding time for myself while taking care of her, one step at a time. Everything feels new, and I’m navigating it all with some uncertainty.

The form of love I give her isn’t just about affection. For her growth and ours together, it’s important to balance things like letting go and ignoring her at times. This has been a real challenge for me!
Taking on leadership, staying persistent, and not giving up are lessons she’s teaching me every day.

This tiny, precious life has brought so much inspiration, and I’m committed to growing alongside her.
In this journey, I’ve realized something profound:
Whether it’s a human baby, a puppy, a business, a romantic relationship, marriage, or even yourself—all partnerships are the same at their core.
Love has no categories, and its essence is completely universal. Any perceived differences are merely products of our values and beliefs.

It’s all the same. Koa has reminded me of this invaluable truth, and I’m deeply grateful for her presence.
This has also taught me that even if you don’t have children, pets, a romantic partner, or a business, it’s still possible to feel and understand real love.

It all starts with committing to yourself—
facing your inner world wholeheartedly
and never giving up on your own life.

That’s where the essence of true love resides.

Now’s the time to let go of anything you no longer need and mindfully prepare the soil to plant new seeds.

Connect with what you truly desire and discover what seeds you’re ready to sow. This circle is here to help you set those intentions for your new journey in 2025, nurturing them for the year ahead.

We’ll start by creating a cozy, sacred space with the heart-opening medicine of cacao. Then, we’ll gently move our bodies through Mind Flow Yoga, tuning into each sensation. Through somatic healing movements, we’ll also release any emotions we’ve been holding onto that no longer serve us.

With this foundation, we’ll dive into a guided meditation, connecting deeply with our true intentions—not just surface-level wishes, but those quieter, deeper desires that might go unnoticed in everyday life. Then, we’ll bring those intentions to life with some journaling, capturing whatever comes up.

If time allows, we’ll have an open sharing space where you’re welcome to express anything you felt, or just listen. This is a safe, comfortable space where you always have the choice to share or simply be present, whatever feels right for you.

Surfing🏄‍♀️🌊

It had been 6 months since I surfed last time. It took sooo long to get back to cold water here in Christchurch.However it was warm day. And water was 13degrees. Not that cold with wetsuit!
My goal yesterday was just to enjoy being in the water, and paddle!haha However I caught a few wave unexpectedly;)

最後にサーフィンしたのは日本に帰国した奄美でのサーフィン以来🤪
冷たい冬を避けていたら、ズルズルと氣付けば半年も経っていました🫣

友達に誘ってもらってやっとやる氣なって出た海は最高に氣持ち良かった💖

久々やったし、ただ、海に入ることとパドルをゴールにしたけど、意外や意外、結構波乗りました🏄‍♀️
フォームやらはまた練習するとして、とりあえずは楽しんでサーフィンに戻りたいと思います❤️

One of the things I want to do moving forward is to create a space where wonderful women from Japan and inspiring women from New Zealand and around the world can come together. A place where we can connect beyond words and exchange different energies with each other.

My time abroad, meeting various people and experiencing different perspectives, has broadened my outlook on life. At the same time, it has deepened my appreciation for the beauty and value of Japan.
This experience makes me want to share this feeling with everyone.

I don’t know exactly how this journey will unfold, but I’m eager to start with what I can do right now.

First, with this Full Moon Circle.
I’ll do my best to interpret for everyone, though I can’t promise perfection – things might get a bit messy!haha

But I hope this circle becomes a place where we connect beyond borders and language, experiencing a sense of connection with the world. Together, we’ll feel more deeply that we are truly one.
