This has been an interesting year and I am looking forward to what 2025 brings. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. I will be leaving Movewell this Friday and will have a new Friday space in the New Year.

I completed my level 1 in Lymphatic Drainage and will be offering this service from February.

10 years ago I graduated as a massage therapist, hard to believe as it has gone so fast.

I am so grateful to be doing a job that I love and one that continues to give me joy and growth.

Thank you to my family and friends for their support, and of course my lovely clients who without their custom, I would not still be here.

A slightly late Happy Matariki 🌠✨️
Yesterday I had a midwinter dip in the sea, numbing, freezing but so invigorating 🎆 first time in my life, and highly recommend doing something different. The boost to my mood was extraordinary 💚🧜‍♀️
