SOUND BATH MEDITATION, Monday 6 November, 11am or 6pm (your choice). No experience necessary, koha appreciated, all welcome.
As the moon is in her phase of waning, we'll utilise her energy to focus on letting go, releasing and relaxing. We'll bathe in the harmonies of 11 crystal singing bowls and 7 tibetan bowls, peppered with periods of Silent Meditation.
As an extremely effective form of meditation, SOUND BATHS are an excellent way to let go of any worries and SINK INTO A DEEPLY SERENE EXPERIENCE. Adding sound to meditation takes your relaxation to a new level.
