I am an experienced Mental Health Professional providing brief intervention and education for people facing a range of mental health issues.Over the past two decades i have gained significant experience across primary and community health sectors, and for the last four years have worked alongside Doctors providing mental health education and brief intervention fo

r their patients with mental health concerns. I have a diploma in Psychology and Social Work and certificates in counselling and adult teaching, and am a registered Social Worker. I have recently developed a free online mental health education programme called survival strategies for depression. The programme is in video format and has a practical focus, which was developed from my experience of what strategies have helped people the most.
