I’m excited to be speaking at the Wellness Festival 2026 in Christchurch this weekend!
My talk about First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® Nature-based vibrational medicine for holistic healing and natural wellbeing, created and founded by the award-winning-vibrational medicine specialist, Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber, is on Saturday at 10.45am at The Lotus-Heart, 363 St Asaph Street.
The festival is free to attend and runs Saturday 28 Feb – Sunday 1 March, with talks, workshops, sound journey, meditation, and an artisan market.

In February 2010 I travelled to Devonport, Auckland to attend my first First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy workshop with the creators and founders, Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber & Anthony Wyber. That workshop was First Light® NZNFET 101 & 102 Flower Essences No’s 1-36, Personality (Flowers of Transformation).

I was blown away by the ancient wisdom teachings on holistic healing and natural wellbeing and my re-remembering of what I can only describe as 'far distant knowing' or gnosis. I knew I had ‘struck gold’ with the teachers and the teachings.

During that workshop I discovered how to identify my First Light® ‘Power Flower’© or personal keynote essence which I deeply resonated with. I was so excited I went home and calculated all my immediate family and friends ‘Power Flower’s’ and couldn’t wait to share this sacred modality with whoever crossed my path!
That excitement quickly become a passion.

In 2013 I had the honour and privilege of becoming a First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy Tutor and next month I will be facilitating the First Light® NZNFET 101 & 102 Flower Essences No’s 1-36, Personality
(Flowers of Transformation) workshop in Christchurch, March 8 & 9 and at Taste Nature Integrative Health Dunedin, March 28 & 29.
