I am excited to share I now have a second crystal bowl to incorporate into sound healing sessions. My new heart bowl plays beautifully with the throat bowl alongside a percussion instrument of hanging nut shells that sound like water running over pebbles. If you’re curious to experience this you can come to my healing circle on Wednesday nights 28/1/2026 fortnightly or come for a 1:1 healing or massage session.

Beauty and the eye to capture its music, it is amazing how we can catch wonder at any moment when your gaze is soaked in peace and serenity. Here this was captured in town as I was waiting at the lights in my car. Beautiful words. Drink them in and breathe deeply in like a bee 🐝 nuzzles in the heart of a flower covered in its gold dust pollen and magically makes honey. 🍯 Liquid gold. Beautiful healing ceremony last night in circle at Sumner. We sang harmonies, invoked prayer and gratitude for our world. Played the drum and gong to activate and anchor. Sipped hot cacao as we watched the sunset and fluffy clouds drift by. Saw a cloud as an angel with wings out as an arc. 🙏🏻🕊️💗🌎Thank you to all the beautiful souls who help sacred space with me.
