We want to be open and transparent with our community.
Recently, we’ve been threatened with legal action by another company in New Zealand who claims that our logo and overall appearance are similar to theirs.
We take matters like this seriously — but we also want to reassure our customers and supporters of the facts.
Our logo is entirely different, and our website does not resemble theirs. The only similarity is that we operate within the same industry — which is something many businesses share.
Importantly:
• The AEDs we supply are not the same as theirs
• The AEDs they supply are not ones we offer
• The same applies to our first aid kits — we each supply completely different products
We believe this situation reflects a larger company feeling challenged by a smaller, growing business entering the space.
That said, our focus remains on doing the right thing.
We have made it clear — both to them and to our customers — that:
• We do not deal with or handle any of their products
• If a customer specifically wants their products, we are happy to refer them on
• We will include a disclaimer on our website confirming we are not affiliated with them in any way
Our mission has always been simple: provide genuine, face-to-face service and support businesses across Aotearoa.
Our website exists to help customers reorder stock and access information — but our core service is, and always will be, people-first and delivered in person.
We’re here to serve, not compete in ways that don’t benefit our communities.
