Return to Your Self — Guided Group Space (60-minute session)

This online group space is for you to slow down and reconnect with your inner compass. It is a reconnection point, a space where you can meet yourself again.

If you’ve been feeling in your head, second-guessing yourself or looking outside for clarity, then this space is for you. It is a space of soft, intuitive guidance and quiet moments for reflection and feeling of your inner signal. Sharing with the group is optional but welcome if you feel called.

Why were we never taught how to trust ourselves??

Most of us learned how to think, plan and problem-solve…
but not how to actually listen to ourselves.

So we end up:
– looking outside for answers
– second-guessing what we feel
– disconnecting from the signals our body and soul are sending us

Self-trust isn’t something you suddenly wake up with one day.
It's a practice.

It’s built by slowing down, tuning in to your Inner Compass and choosing to follow what feels true—even in small ways 🧭

I’m practicing it myself and it’s changing how I move, decide and show up.

I also guide others in reconnecting with that inner clarity, wisdom and self trust.

There comes a point where certain relationships no longer feel aligned with who you are becoming.

Not because something dramatic has happened, but because something within you has quietly shifted.

You begin to notice it in subtle ways. Conversations feel limiting. Parts of yourself want to be expressed but do not fully have space. There is a growing awareness that you are no longer met where you are.

Sometimes these connections fade.
And sometimes there is resistance.

You may hear that you have changed, or feel a pressure to return to a version of yourself that feels more familiar to them. For a moment, this creates doubt.

But when you slow down and listen more deeply to your inner compass, you can feel it clearly.

You have outgrown the dynamic.

Not from a place of superiority but from a place of inner movement. Your awareness and direction have evolved and the relationship no longer reflects that.

This is where many people override themselves.

Because staying feels easier than leaving.
So they adjust. They soften their truth. They remain connected in ways that require them to become smaller.

And over time, they disconnect from their own inner compass.

But there is another way.

To recognise what you feel. To see clearly when something no longer supports you. And to let go without blame but with grounded clarity.

You do not need to make anyone wrong in order to choose yourself.

Your peace, your direction and your sense of self are worth protecting.

And sometimes, letting go is not a loss but a return.

A return to yourself.

This is the space I work in with people.

Yesterday I asked myself "Are you ready?" "No" I said.

And I smiled at myself and said "Good, let's go then"

And I jumped into my van and drove off.

For the past two months, I’ve had the honour of living at Bethells Beach, Te Henga, on the wild west coast of Auckland.

It’s been a time of slowing down… of deep reflection, release and reconnection with myself.

In that space, I rediscovered my love for writing poetry. I leaned into intuitive living for fully, nourished my body with simple, healthy food, danced barefoot on the balcony under the moonlight, and found so much joy in the smallest moments — watching crabs move through rock pools, and witnessing sunsets that took my breath away.

As I close this chapter, with teary eyes and an open heart, I can feel another one beginning… ready to be lived and written fully.

Before I leave, I wanted to offer something back.
A small gift for Te Henga and for anyone who feels a connection to this land or to these words.

This poem carries pieces of what I experienced here.
You’ll find a few te reo Māori words woven through it, in honour of the wairua of the whenua.

✨Spread the love✨

The collective energy feels heavy today. This morning when I woke up the energy felt different. So much collective grief, pain and fear, so much fear.

I am grateful that I am now able to discern what's mine and what's not without becoming overwhelmed or pulled in.

This means I knew I had a choice and for a few minutes I conscious chose to connect with the collective energy field and alchemised some of this heavy energy.

Then I focused on raising my own frequency and did something that brings me joy (connecting with nature of course 🌳🌊🌻). Because I know how powerful we are as individuals and that our actions contribute to the collective field. So let's spread the love, not just today but every day!

You don't need to be an Energy healer or have an understanding of frequencies to do that. You can share love in your own means, like giving someone a smile, gift someone a compliment, lend a helping hand or simply check in with someone you know might be struggling

Most days, we don’t even realize we’ve overwritten our own knowing.

We follow the patterns we’ve always followed. The habits, the routines, the expectations. Slowly, imperceptibly, we drift away from who we truly are — from what we actually want. Life becomes autopilot.

But you are not here for autopilot.

There is a part of you — sleepy, perhaps, yet persistent — that knows there is more. That knows you are capable of living fully, bravely and freely. Every day offers a choice: to listen, to move, to claim that life for yourself or to continue on as always.

You are a powerful creator of your own experience. Your ideal life isn’t dictated by anyone else — only you know what it looks like. And your inner voice is already guiding you toward it, every single day, if you pause to hear it.

This is why I hold the spaces I do:

These sessions and containers are not about instant transformation. They are about returning to yourself, step by step and creating the conditions for self-trust to naturally emerge.

Your inner guidance is waiting. Not for permission, not for reassurance — just for your commitment to listen. And when you do, the life that belongs to you opens, fully and unapologetically.
