Sarah brings a heart-led, holistic approach to teaching Pilates, blending her deep understanding of the body with a lifelong passion for movement and well-being. Her journey into Pilates began as a personal exploration of strength, alignment, and balance—both physical and emotional—and has since evolved into a calling to support others in their own embodiment journey.
With a background rooted in education, wellness, and community, Sarah’s classes are known for their mindful pace, intuitive sequencing, and inclusive atmosphere. Whether you're new to Pilates or refining your practice, Sarah creates a space where you can connect with your body, breathe deeply, and move with intention.
Outside the studio, Sarah is a lover of nature, regenerative living, and the simple joys of a good cup of herbal tea. She believes in the power of consistent, conscious movement to heal, strengthen, and inspire—and she’s thrilled to be part of this practice, and building a space of vitality and connection.
Sarah is running specialised classes for Teens, some Men’s only classes as well as extending our timetable offering a before school pick-up and after work classes too!
