Well….today the room is finished and I’m so excited to finally share this space with you — I’ve created it to feel calm, welcoming, and somewhere you can properly switch off.

A big thank you to my mum for coming to help me finish everything off — and of course she got to enjoy the very first massage in the room… safe to say she felt pretty amazing afterwards 🥰

Just a quick note to let you know I’ll be opening my new massage space from Wednesday 8th April — I’m so excited to welcome you in!

You’ll find me inside The Recovery Project on the corner of Barry Ave & McNulty Road in iCromwell.

✨ It’s happening… and I’m so excited to finally share this with you ✨

As you know I love my mobile massage work — bringing massage to you, the drives, the views and meeting so many incredible people.

Now, something new and equally exciting has come together…

I’ll be opening my new massage room inside The Recovery Project, Cromwell with bookings available from 8th April 👏

It’s all happened quite quickly, so right now I’m in full setup mode…
• creating a calm, welcoming space
• organising booking systems
• sorting EFTPOS
• building website
• signage…

It’s still a work in progress, but it feels like a really natural next step.

Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like to book in. Once I have a booking system up and running you’ll be able to book online also.

I’ll still be offering mobile massage, and I’m also really looking forward to having a space where you can come in, switch off, and be looked after.

What a great walk up the 45th Parallel Track this morning! I really didn’t want to get out of bed but soooo pleased I did.

INVITATION

One of my favourite spots in Cromwell to walk is the track up the 45th Parallel. I usually walk up the stairs and back down again. Occasionally, if I have a bit more time, I’ll do the full loop.

I love the views, the fresh air, and every time I do it I’m reminded how good it feels to move my body and be outside.

As I head into menopause, I’m really focusing on building my fitness and strength. I’m not super fit myself, but I’m keen to keep improving and feeling stronger.

So I’ve decided to start walking it most Tuesdays at 7:50am, starting Tuesday March 24th, and I’d love to invite anyone who might like to come along. Any fitness level is welcome.

It’s not a race — go at whatever pace feels good to you, stop when you need to, and just enjoy being outside in the fresh air, the views, and moving your body.

If you’d like to join sometime, you’re very welcome.
You’ll find me at the 45th Parallel car park Tuesday 24th March 7:50am and most Tuesday’s after that. 😃

While out and about recently, scouting some inspiring spots for massage, I met the wonderful Wendy, who was happy to be my model. She and her partner were enjoying a beautiful bike ride beside the stunning Lake Dunstan.

I just wanted to show an example of the kind of beautiful places you could have a massage. I only had my chair with me this time because it’s super easy to take along, but my portable massage table would be amazing too!
