Ahhh…Mana….the first Indian town! Only 35km from Tibet. Panditji and performed a beautiful yagya (Agni hotra fire ceremony) for us in Ganesha’s Gupha. Meditation in Vyas’ Cave followed, then a wander down to Saraswati’s Temple. A mystical, magical village 🙏❤️✨ ❤️

Ahhh….Badrinath….special doesn’t begin to describe the privilege of attending abhisheka this morning at Shri Badrinath Temple, our third visit to this holy shrine dedicated to Vishnu. Our meditation and kirtan sessions were uplifting. This pilgrimage will live on in my heart ❤️ ❤️

Ahhh….the Himalayas….pinching myself as I walk in the footsteps of masters and fellow pilgrims. We hiked into the Valley of the Flowers (3500m), soaked in the beauty, meditated and absorbed the powerful spirit of the valley 🙏❤️

Ahhh India…who knew I’d be back so soon. I’m here on a sacred pilgrimage with my Vedic Meditation teacher Beginning in Rishikesh, we immersed in the Ganga, attended aarti and soaked in the energy of this place. Feeling very grateful ❤️
