Learn the Difference: Glute-Biased vs Quad-Biased Lunges with Grace 🍑🦵

Not all lunges are created equal — small tweaks in your stance can completely change what muscles you target.

👉 Glute-Biased Lunge
• Longer stride, torso leans slightly forward
• More stretch through your glutes + hamstrings
• Great for building strong, powerful glutes

👉 Quad-Biased Lunge
• Shorter stride, torso stays more upright
• More tension through your quads
• Perfect for shaping and strengthening the front of your legs
