On Saturday 28th Feb at 8am we’re all coming together for a Murph workout fundraiser in support of Duncan, who is currently battling Stage 4 cancer.

I completed the Murph-A-Day last week to show support to a local legend. Although I don’t know Duncan personally it’s a bloody good cause to get behind, rally as a community and help in anyway we can financially to make sure Duncan and his family have one less thing to worry about

MURPH FOR DUNCAN | FEB 28TH | 8AM 💛

On Saturday, February 28th at 8AM, we’re coming together for a Murph workout fundraiser in support of Duncan, who is currently battling Stage 4 cancer.

Duncan is a bloody good man, a father, a fighter, and someone who deserves the chance to spend meaningful, quality time with his son. This day is about showing up, pushing hard, and helping lift some of the financial weight off his shoulders.

We’re stoked to have local legends backing the cause:

☕ Kass from Bloom Coffee Cart
🍦 Steve & Linda from Mr Whippy Central

They’ll be there on the day and donating a portion of their takings to Duncan, so come train, grab a coffee, enjoy an ice cream, and support a great cause all at once.

Whether you’re doing the full Murph, a modified version, or just coming to cheer and donate, your presence matters.
