It has been an absolute joy to be able reopen the clinic from June onward and welcome you back onto my table — seeing familiar faces and helping you feel your best again has been truly special.
2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year ahead! I’ll be expanding my availability with additional hours on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, and I’m thrilled to introduce a couple of new therapies that will enhance the care I can offer.
I’m now offering Functional Cupping, a dynamic technique that uses targeted suction to address fascial and muscular restrictions, promoting better mobility, reducing tension, and supporting overall tissue health. I’ll share more details about it over the break — it’s a fantastic addition for many common issues!
Later in the first half of the year, I’ll also be introducing McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Therapy (MSTR®), a gentle, highly effective manual approach that helps remodel scar tissue — even years-old scars — to improve range of motion, ease discomfort, and restore function.
I’ll be back in the clinic from January 12th. My first two weeks are already fully booked, so please do not hesitate to get in touch soon to secure your spot if you’d like treatment in the New Year.
