My whole life I’ve loved being barefoot as much as possible; working and playing in NZ’s big beautiful backyard; and from an early age, helping others. Our beaches, bush and rivers are places I find myself yearning to go if I haven’t been ‘in nature’ for a while or whenever my life is feeling out of kilter. I love encouraging others to get their Vitamin N (Nature) fix so they can enjoy the many benefits too. Work and voluntary roles have always drawn me towards guiding, supporting and creating connections for others in their self-development journeys. So now, between supporting my extended family and escaping into nature with my husband, I continue my journey connecting myself and others with nature’s solutions to our stresses and imbalances in life, through:

LAUGHTER - I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and love running our local Laughter Yoga Club; holding 'Laughter for your health' information seminars; and leading workplace, community group & 1 on 1 laughter sessions. I also enjoy creating customised coffee mugs with crazy & fun quotes!! NATURE IMMERSION/ECO-THERAPY – I practice regularly myself and guide others in Forest Bathing/Shinrin-yoku style walks. MIND & BODY CARE - I make products from natural ingredients, including essential oils, to help calm and/or re-energise our minds & bodies. TAPPING INTO NATURE'S/THE UNIVERSE'S ENERGY – I am trained in and practising Auric Magnetic Healing and am an Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner.
