Vitamin B12 - Injections - NOW TAKING BOOKINGS

Low B12 can lead to symptoms of anaemia or affect the nervous system. Symptoms can include fatigue, breathlessness, numbness, poor balance and memory problems. It can also result in gut issues such as constipation and diarrhoea.

The most common cause of low B12 is poor diet. Stress is also known to deplete our vitamins, especially B12 and people who regularly take proton pump inhibitors such as ambroxol, H2 blockers, omeprazole or other antacids. Various medications including hydro cortisone, prednisone, etc, can block B12. Those undergoing chemotherapy can also suffer from low B12.
