Welcome to Selwyn Mobile Physiotherapy, my name is Candace McGirr and my mission is to get you back doing what you love. Initial treatments are 60 minutes long and include a comprehensive assessment of your injury/complaint. Followed by hands on treatment and functional exercises using equipment that can be easily found at home. Advice and education on your complaint will be given. As a registered ACC provider and having done courses in personal training, strapping techniques, dry needling/acupuncture, women and men's pelvic health, running assessments and lymphascial massage treatment. Your assessment and treatment will be individualized to suit your needs and abilities. So book now and lets treat those injuries or niggles fast, to get back to doing what you love.
