Lord knows the No 2's are chronic overthinkers. You need to learn what intuition is as opposed to what is mind chatter. Your mind chatter is loud. Your guidance is telling you one thing, and your mind is telling you another. Your guidance wants change that supports your growth, and your head wants to hold you into a story that no longer aligns with you. Your guidance is your authentic self. Your head is your programming. One wants to expand and grow you, the other wants you to remain locked into the programme . Keep working on the mind chatter. As you align more with your intuition, it will naturally start to quieten down your head as you learn to trust and follow your intuition, knowing it has your back
