We will be back to business as usual on Monday 9th February
Patients can continue to phone us outside of our business hours on 09 439 8079 and you will be triaged by our After Hours Service - Ka Ora Telehealth. They can organise a telephone consult or a video call with a Dr or if face to face care is needed they will forward you to the appropriate service.

🩺💊Changes to prescribing lengths
Currently most prescriptions are given in 3-month instalments
and patients need to see their GP for repeats or request them via their patient portal. From early 2026 GPs and other prescribers will be able to issue some patients with a prescription for 12 months – if it is clinically safe to do so.

After more than 20 years of dedicated service, we say a heartfelt farewell to Dr Cathy Hurd who has recently stepped away from our practice.
Cathy has been a cornerstone of our clinic and a trusted doctor to her many patients. Her commitment, compassion, and professionalism have had a lasting impact on our team and on the wider community.
We know many of our patients will miss seeing her, and we want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank her for the exceptional care, leadership, and support she has provided throughout her time with us.
On behalf of our staff and patients, we wish Cathy all the very best in her next chapter and thank her for everything she has given to our practice and community.
