Step into stillness and let the power of sound guide you inward.
Using a master set of Crystal Tones™ Alchemy Bowls, gong, and other potent sound healing tools — including ocean and shamanic drums, crystal pyramids, and more — I will create a unique sonic meditation designed to be felt deeply in your body and heart.
As we approach the Virgo Black New Moon, this is an especially powerful time to pause, clear mental clutter, and reconnect with your inner landscape.
This is your invitation to:
– Fill your own cup
– Nourish mind, body, and spirit
– Release what no longer serves
– Set clear, quiet intentions
Your journey includes:

On this Sound Bath Journey as we are heading into a Virgo black new moon* on the following day This is a perfect time for mental decluttering. Your journey will begin with herbal tea and aromatherapy oils, a short guided meditation to settle and then release into washes of pure sound. We'll end with a period of silence for integration .

Herbal tea is available on arrival and everything is provided for you at the studio - blankets and bolsters to make sure you are comfortable. All you have to do is arrive, rest and float away afterwards as all tidying up is taken care of for you.

Places are very limited this sound bath takes place at The Yoga Studio in a former 1920's music studio in Aramoana Avenue, Devonport
