So the USA has turned the Food Pyramid upside down . Finally ….. so hopefully 🤞🏻 the herd will catch on . Yes Meat & Dairy is too expensive. Wholefood prices should be subsidized for a Country that produces 60times its capacity .

Hang on in 2026 , big shifts in consciousness beyond anything you will have ever experienced . Be kind to your self … Being Wild doesn’t mean to force ,it really means the opposite to be more instinctive . To trust your gut . To surrender to awareness and to soften judgment . Last year was a turning point for my journey . It was a tough path no regular job , money was precious . I pivoted not towards panic but adapted to resilience and found myself ,my gifts ,my darkness , my light . I awakened to a world of new possibilities . While still being the Father I have always felt I am . I lead with my heart . And stepped into the unknown . I met so many amazing people who are wanting change . They wanted to look where I have looked . And find what brings them peace and purpose . This world is changing and fast . It’s not time to panic thou . I really hope the best for all . Be courage be curious face your fears . BeWild my Friends ❤️🙏🏻

Hey Fellow Seekers …. On the precipice of the Gregorian new year of 2026 . I will be spending my time between reflection and connection .Gratitude to those who I had the pleasure to grow with ,to share challenges with and to just be….. I hope the dawn of a new year awakens your soul . This year will be one of challenges with hope . Today is going to be the final day of Matias at his school as he moves on to new tier of his educational evolution .

He has grown from strength to strength amongst this amazing friends we will miss the Karaka family .

We will always be tied to this school . As I have always loved working with the kids through my passion for spiritual mental & physical health .

And I’m looking forward to continuing even in the absence of my son . Creating a new chapter of Karaka kids …

Gratitude to the last 5 years , he started a month before COVID ,and proves that you can thrive beyond darkness 🙏🏻🌈

Are you Heading into December at warp-like speed ?

Head down-Ass up this is the time when you get pulled in so many directions and feel like you are being dissected in your energy .

More important than ever , it becomes not about the “just get through the month “

It will be a reflection of the amount of boxes still open .

You may call it sacrifice but I call it surrender . Choose what serves you , it’s not selfish .

Even now you are first and your energy needs replenishment .

I see this play out In my Clients time and time again . When you hold the energy of others . Is when chronic illness set in !

The only energy that matters is your own .

As I witness my Clients awaken . I realize I’m
right where I need to be .

The curiosity & courage to walk in the darkness of their struggles they have faced .

We strengthen our physical bodies to handle our life journey . In some cases torture it ,being too proud to admit the need of inner work .

So why do so many wait for the great walls of desperation , before they search ?

I myself did this . Waited til my insides sabotaged me . Before I listened .This is where I met Reiki .

I really hope the perils you face are not the messages you are missing .

My offer is one of uncovering these layers of self doubt .

Reiki is a way in . One of many I can offer .
