Are you Heading into December at warp-like speed ?

Head down-Ass up this is the time when you get pulled in so many directions and feel like you are being dissected in your energy .

More important than ever , it becomes not about the “just get through the month “

It will be a reflection of the amount of boxes still open .

You may call it sacrifice but I call it surrender . Choose what serves you , it’s not selfish .

Even now you are first and your energy needs replenishment .

I see this play out In my Clients time and time again . When you hold the energy of others . Is when chronic illness set in !

The only energy that matters is your own .

As I witness my Clients awaken . I realize I’m
right where I need to be .

The curiosity & courage to walk in the darkness of their struggles they have faced .

We strengthen our physical bodies to handle our life journey . In some cases torture it ,being too proud to admit the need of inner work .

So why do so many wait for the great walls of desperation , before they search ?

I myself did this . Waited til my insides sabotaged me . Before I listened .This is where I met Reiki .

I really hope the perils you face are not the messages you are missing .

My offer is one of uncovering these layers of self doubt .

Reiki is a way in . One of many I can offer .

I am intrinsically connected to how nature feeds me .Off the Grid creates the struggle of the unknown .Thou equipped with modern harnessing tech .It still takes the weather to do its bit . Thou when Mother Nature shows it power .Im only grateful to receive and adapt .This morning the rain filled my tank,the sun charged my batteries ,my compost waste feeds the earth .The wind shakes me reminding me of its presence and that Im not in control of it.I embrace the cooking ,cleansing and warmth most of us just press with expectation .And I just smile when any of you ,tell me the weather is terrible .

It’s interesting to observe my way in this world . The intensity I project inviting at times and intimidating to some . That longing to be accepted fuels my over connection . To all in my path .

The last few years has been about the surrendering of my own projection . Layer by layer I reveal another emotion trapt amongst my doing . Feels like an agenda .

A vacuum judged as inadequacy . A powerful energy I feel that feeds avoidance .

It cripples courage it guards you from your own curiosity .

Its survival as it most raw .

But to name it honours its part to play in the identity of my self .

Im not afraid to see it . It’s not judgement it’s liberation .

I can only give it love ❤️
