🌿 Today, our incredible youth worker Delwyn led an amazing setup and activity for our Empowerment Group!

The girls had the chance to create their very own self-care jars! They wrote down ideas they can do for themselves when they're feeling low, rolled them up, and added them to their jars. Plus, they decorated their jars to make them uniquely theirs!

Such a wonderful way for the girls to have their own little reminder of kindness, self-love, and empowerment whenever they need it.

Today we did our community visit again and visited our horsey friends!

We love how supported we are from lovely community members, just like Shea!
