๐ Methods: The study included randomized trials that used estrogen only hormone therapy, and examined breast cancer outcomes. Researchers analyzed data from 10 trials involving 14,282 participants and 591 breast cancer cases.
๐ก Results: Data from all trials, showed that estrogen-alone therapy was associated with a significant reduction in breast cancer incidence (overall RR 0.77, 95% CI 0.65-0.91, P = 0.002).
