“We contacted Nicola after a recommendation for ADT from a friend. Nicola came out to discuss the options with a very hesitant mother and 1 adult child and then after a long pause and a medical event Nicola went out of her way to come out and go over it all again with still hesitant Mother and 3 adult children to make sure everyone in the family was comfortable with the decision. Nicola made herself available after hours to make this meeting happen. After more discussion and lots of helpful advice it was concluded that ADT was the best option and Nicola arranged for installation the next day which was awesome 👏 we would absolutely recommend Nicola and the ADT alarm service to anyone. Thank you 🙏”

In Balclutha this week visiting people and installing an alarm for Keith.
He loves walking his dog but his health is making him a bit unsteady on his feet. Keith & his wife are thrilled & they’ve both got peace of mind while he’s out and about alone now 🐶

Am in my “Senior year” I think they call it when all of a sudden realised I was feeling quite insecure on my own and family not close - Nicola at ADT Security was recommend to me and organised my Personal Alarm .
I had been to Winz previously to enquire about some help but everything was in the “too hard basket” , they wanted copies of this and copies of that- I do on line banking so most times do not have “hard” copies on invoices. Well Nicola made that easy, in fact she did everything for me- couldn’t believe it.
Now have my personal alarm, am more than happy
