Little Grace came in with her mum yesterday. While mum had a massage, Grace had a feed and settled down for a nap.

I’d been seeing her mum during her pregnancy and she’s now coming postpartum to help with aches and pains from feeding and carrying the little munchkin!

There have been a few little visitors this week, coming in with their Mum for her postpartum massage 🤱🏼

I love meeting the new additions to your family!

This is Charlie - he was full of smiles and chatter, then settled down for a sleep so that mum could get some much needed relaxation and relief from some of her aches and pains.

Let me know if you’re bringing Bubs in with you and if you have any questions or concerns please get in touch! Sometimes it works well, sometimes we just have to go with the mood :)

Happy New Year to you all!

I’m not much of one for making New Year’s resolutions, but I do appreciate the fresh start and time for contemplation that a New Year brings.

Also I’m sharing something that my mum found because it resonates with me. Why is it often so difficult to be yourself?

“Every year you make a resolution to change yourself. This year make a resolution to be yourself”

This year I have some exciting training planned - to complement and also expand my treatment options 👏👏👏 - I can’t wait to be able to offer them to you!
