QIGONG DAY RETREAT

This will be a deeply relaxing day.
Throughout the day we will use simple Yuan Qigong practices to experience and work on our Qi condition and connect with our hearts as well as deepen our understanding of what Qi is and how it works, the importance of the heart, the role of the consciousness and Shen (True Self) and their connection to our everyday lives. (including health, and vitality.)
