Back in my 20s and 30s I hated being by myself. In my 40s, my groups got smaller and more refined as to whom I shared my time and space with. I used to have to have the stereo or TV on just so there was noise.

Now, in my 50s, I LOVE being in my own company and the only noise is the crackle of the fire. (And the incessant ringing in my ears, thanks meno) but even that doesn't get me down anymore.

Don't get me wrong I still love to socialize, but Im no longer afraid to be alone with my thoughts and feelings, and that is life changing!

I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing opportunities that have come my and my family's way since shifting my mindset from lack to abundance.

The shifts started a while ago, but I was slow to uptake, still doubting that we could have more

Since being a part of the WWC the shifts have been exponential 🔥📈
yes, it has the ability for us to ear.n extra inc0m.e but its the heart-centered and soul-aligned work that we ourselves put in with the training and support offered with the collective that really excites.

Today my husband and I achieved a huge milestone, a dream we have had for a long time and I am so proud of how far we have come ❤️

When my brain feels like it is going in multiple directions all at the same time, taking a breath and slowing down is something I have had to learn.

Having my healing space allows me to help others slow and breathe whilst also allowing me to do the same.
New moon energy is all around at the moment, and the final layers of the last year are being let go of.

Take a moment, relax, and release your shoulders
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, hold and count to 4 then slow release your breathe counting to 6, do this 3x and notice how you feel
