A gentle return to self through Movement, Breath, and Embodied Awareness we come together in conscious collaboration to offer a space that is less about doing, and more about being.

These smaller sessions are emerging as gentle anchor points between the bigger offerings — ways our community can stay connected, nourished, and in rhythm with the deeper work.
