(starting 15 minutes earlier)
Good Morning 9.30 - 10.30am
(starting 15 minutes later but finishing at the same time)
Lunch 12.15 -1.00pm
(starting 15 minutes later)
Tuesday Slow Down Yin 7.15 - 8.15pm
(finishing 15 minutes earlier)
