Come and Join us for 60 minutes of quality movement that mixes feeling good with working hard and targets the whole body!

We offer small group Pilates Reformer Classes led by Fully Qualified and Experienced Pilates Instructors & Physiotherapists at our new, purpose built Pilates Studio in the Centre of Dunedin!

We currently have the below spaces available in our classes;
- 1x spot in Monday 6pm
- 2x spots in Wednesday 6pm
- 2x spots in Saturday 12pm
All classes can also be waitlisted.

Classes are limited to 5 participants and are fully supervised by one of our Instructors and adapted to meet the level of the participants.

All classes require new participants to undertake a 30 minute Introduction and Screening session prior to attending.

Classes are sold as packs of 6 for $174.
Casual & members rates are also available.

Meet Neurological Physiotherapist Bronagh Quinn!

Physiotherapist for dizziness and balance issues, vestibular and neurological conditions, concussion/brain injury, and breathing dysfunction.

Bronagh graduated from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland in 1988 with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy. She worked in the UK for 2 years before coming to New Zealand. She has worked in Whangarei and Dunedin hospitals and community before joining the Back In Motion team in 2008, then Motus Health in 2023.

Bronagh has specialised training in vestibular rehabilitation (Atlanta, USA, 2004) and stroke rehabilitation (Auckland, 1996).
She is a BradCliff Breathwork physiotherapist, an Ovio Mindfulness Facilitator and has completed courses in ACT and trauma-informed rehab.

Bronagh's specialties include:
- BPPV treatment (loose crystals),
- ‎vestibular conditions (inner ear),
- ‎issues with stress and anxiety,
- ‎breathing pattern assessment and training,
- ‎acute and chronic concussion rehab,
- people with neurological conditions such as stroke and brain injury, and
- older people with mobility and balance issues.

She has carried out research in brain injury and upper limb recovery following stroke.

Bronagh is a kind, positive, encouraging and empathetic practitioner who will work with you, your wider support network of health professionals and your family to help you maintain an active, social and independent lifestyle.

Bronagh is a passionate outdoors fan. She runs, kayaks and loves getting into the mountains. She also cycles and has got into bike-packing with her husband Dusty.

Meet our Specialist Physiotherapist Dusty Quinn!

In New Zealand, only a small number of physiotherapists have earned the title of Specialist Physiotherapist — and Dusty is proud to be among them.

When not hiking he loves kayaking, previously white water but these days you're more likely to see him in a sea kayak with a fishing line out the back!

‼ Our Studio Pilates Class is BACK ‼

Want to try something other than Reformer classes and get the WHOLE Pilates Apparatus experience❓

You will perform a series of exercises, supported, assisted and expertly guided by our qualified Pilates Instructor & Physiotherapist Kate Doig.

Get to know the Trapeze Table, Pilates Chair, Ladder Barrell, Spine corrector and Reformer and utilise ALL aspects of our Pilates Studio equipment.

Enjoy a small group experience with no more than 4 participants in each class and rest assured that you will be well looked after and each class will be tailored specifically to those attending.
