In my happy place! In a paddock with huge skies, no wind, beside the ocean in my wee tent.

I absolutely had to start the new year as I want it to continue.
Grounded, peaceful, full of birds song, nature, waves, brilliant music from other campers and old friends.
To my beautiful son and the 10 boys - Love you guys too the moon and back ###

So much love for beautiful Family, beautiful friends - old and new, beautiful clients and every soul I get to meet on the way.

A beautiful message!

I travel often and regularly have these wee epiphany’s when Im driving. It was a about 4 weeks ago driving home from southland.
A voice said to me so clearly…

Drop who you think you are to your family
Drop who you think you are to your school friends/experiences
Drop who you think you are to all friends - current and past
Drop who you think you are to past partner relationships
Drop who you think you are as a parent
Drop who you think you are of ALL of the identities you have created over your life time!! (Thats a lot) drop them right now.
You are starting again right NOW… a clean slate!

Stop playing any of the roles and go in to your heart and operate from NO programming. Be your authentic self in every situation starting now.

That’s actually really hard to do because without those roles/identities - who are you?
But its also really exciting - all the possibilities on so many levels.

Day three of my quantum frequency ‘allergy patch’.
No watery eyes, red eye ball’s, itchy eyes, sneezing or sinus inflammation since wearing this.
(Note it’s on the front of shoulder).
The real test will be a Winton clinic trip to Southland next week.
