Pre Prep Build phase going to plan with πͺ
This has been a slow and steady build up of caloric intake and training volume / intensity over the past 3 months of working together and lean tissue is building in all the right places
Muzz has a very fast metabolism and typically gains minimal body fat - since day 1 we are up from 3.5k β‘οΈ 5.5k calories and have only built lean tissue as evidenced in the comparison photos. Strength is way up
