Power, you all have it. Whether you wake up each day and give it away, or harness it within. You all have it, and each day begins a new 🌟

Whether you wake and look at your phone upon first waking, say yes when you mean no, put your energy where you know makes you feel not your Self, keep people in your life that bring you down, let people in through your knowings of boundaries, reply when you need stillness, engage in conversations not for you, you willingly or not willingly give away your power in everyday. What brings this back in the moment, honestly. Self honesty. Truth 🌿

Keeping your power is tuning into the internal world with simple rituals before you look to the happenings before you. Power is the use of prayer, higher divine as your Self when something doesn't feel right. Power is standing up for your inner world knowings above all else. Power is speaking from the heart, sometimes that is being ✨️

Power is there before you. Where you put your energy everyday. And keeping your power. Is where you find your peace 🌅

To never forget your mind is not out of control, your confusion of self is never to over ride, your misunderstanding of happenings does not stay with you, you are not lost in mind, fear and darkness, you forgot to play 💛

The inner child, the connection of God, the divine, presence and connection. If you look for these things then you look no further than play 🌿 play with the inner child. With the senses your inner child loves. Making, baking, creating. Being with these and the love they create with the divine 🌅 the inner child holds the biggest influence of your perception 🌟 sometimes it is not something so big but something so small that creates bigger momentum, bigger influence in motion ✨️ not to over look something so simple as play 💛 the animals never forget their way, and they remind us. Look to the Sun 🌅 bathe your inner child in glory of splendor. And play 🌅 you will find yourself where you know yourself to be 💗

W H A T I F

It was so easy that we followed the colours. We would stand in colour as vibration. Radiating ourselves as the divine. We would follow the colour of foods, healing, nourishing ourselves on levels of deep subconscious and the body's intelligence knowings. What if the flowers that healed you spoke to you in colours and the plants that healed you now were the colours that you loved. What if the coats of animals showed you the way and the changing skys were all that you needed. What if you remembered a little deeper, it was all coded in colour 🌟

To forget ourselves as magic. Our ability to create. Cast spells as reality upon the Earth. To carve your way through reality and leave only love. To forget the simplicity of our own ability to create change for the wellness of self and others around us. To hold others in loving embrace as they unravel themselves. We have this all in our fingertips. And as unraveling greater picks up. For the light to pe*****te a little deeper. We must remember ourselves as the creative force that we are. We create our ailments and we create our dis eases. And we create our bothers and we create our joys. We create it all. In every single day 🌙

And as the veils thin to this for our consciouness to remember may we remember ourselves in the kingdoms that also walk us home. The plant kingdom, the mineral kingdom and the animal kingdom. To find ourselves here is to find ourselves home. As vibrations for those yet to remember. And as we hold the plants in our hands, as we look to the wisdom of water, as we let ourselves be guided by wisdom in motion, we then realise that everything is communicating with us as one. We can stand in remembrance of self. From here we hold light 🌟 and light is what does not dim wherever you are ✨️

D I S G U I S E

To shade the truth from one's eyes. Although they deep down always know the truth. Your child looks at you in those early days as truth. Order. Trust. Belief. Authority. God. God as love. And in those early days it is worked into them to believe in something that has no truth. And at first their inner world says no that is not truth. But the more goes on the more the belief is installed. Why? Because they trust and love you deeply. They trust into every word you say as reality.

And you tell them to believe something over themselves. Their deep built in truth navigator of reality. Their innocence. Santa. Is real and if you don't behave he doesn't come. Or are well still rattling off the piece of coal.

The moments we realise that this convinced illusion is not true there is a gaping hole we must fill in again. The lost of trust of what someone tells you, what else isn't true then, the tooth fairy, what else is said that isn't true then, the confusion sets in, what do I believe now that others say. If they have lied over this then what is now reality. The key is lost. The key of self truth, self navigation of truth as reality. Is has been betrayed out of us in lies that were shown in the moment we heard this tone of voice that our inner world said this connects to no reality and yet we are convinced out of it on love and trust of another. We are lost. We look to the tooth fairy and we know this isn't true either. Something else confirms our belief, our reality.

We loose the idea of magic. Because Santa was said to be magic. The tooth fairy was said to be magic. There is no magic it was all lies that we believed and trusted in 🌿

The idea of spirit, where true magic lies, dwindles in our hearts as our belief and other beliefs deepen ✨️ and here we are lost to the true magic and elements around us.

And we know this deeply, coiled in consumerism, stressed as against our own hearts, to go about false belief realities of self, of attachment to keep what alive? More conditioning away from the very elements that connect us. Love. Trust. Knowing ❄️

Do we need to keep passing this down to each generation or are we able to make a stand in our deeper knowings of truth, what is true magic, what is true celebration 🌙

T H E M O S T C O N F U S E D

The most confused you may ever be is when you use the words my and life together. My creates an added illusion of who you are, and creates a attachment idea of how you relate to who you are. What am I doing with my life? Where am I even going in my life? You can never have a life, as my life, because you are life. Life flows through you as a creative joyful force in every moment. It is there. It plays with you, creates with you, tunes you into the beauty all around you. It holds you and expresses with you. You cannot have it, harness it into an illusion of something you own or have control over. Because that is further illusion. Further separation. You are life. You do not have a life. One that is mine. You have a life one with creation as an expression of the creative force that is who you are. So come, ponder yourself, do you ever hear your self adding my and life together. Know it is not real. And come back to yourself. And from there you know yourself as joy, self expression and a creative force 🌅

C L O S E S T T O G O D

In a world of separation. One you have no control of here on Earth. There are keys to guide you back. Realms. The human realm is only one of these. We are one realm admist many. There is movement between these realms and you can also easily figure the keys to these naturally. Then you dance between them effortlessly. Kissing the animal, mineral and plant worlds in spirit. There are realms you may want to look into less and there are realms that bridge to you ✨️ moving effortlessly between the realms. Now within these realms, there is your closest realm. The realm you access so easily you may not realise. This is your closest realm to God. Your closest connection of creation. Your greatest light and your greatest healer. Your greatest reminder of who you are and your greatest lesson to overcome. Your greatest lesson of disconnection comes with your greatest depth of connection 🌙 that is the fun of learning here. So come, ponder yourself. What is your closest realm to God 💗

G R I E F

This time of year. Where the veils thin. Magic is connective in the senses 🌿 we bask in the beauty of the elements and the rising warmth 🌙 and we also feel a little more through these thinning veils to loved ones been and gone ✨️

Grief is the very heaviness that weighs you down. Sits thick on your lungs. Stops you from breathing the joy you know to be 🌅

And that is it. The opposite of grief. Is joy 💛 but how to you transmute grief into joy? 🌿 by celebrating 🌙

You turn that loved one into your senses of celebration ✨️ you ask yourself questions like, what smells are they, what tastes are they, what sights are they, what motion reminds you of them, what touch are they, what sounds are they, in nature or in music, what colours are they 🌅 then you begin to collect your celebration of them to integrate into your daily, weekly, cycles and seasons of life. And the grief transmutes into joy 💗

You find yourself visiting their favourite holiday spot in the warmer days, cooking their favourite meal, eating their favourite foods, playing their music, sipping their favourite bevage, admiring the colour they would wear and celebrate. And even if they weren't their favourite, what reminds you of them would also be here to celebrate 🌿

Because grief is an empty space, of the joy you once expressed with them. With the presence of their spirit, being and soul. Wrapped in a physical body. And now you celebrate that space into joy and through this transmution your connection with them becomes clearer. Closer. More connective than before 🌙 and that is all they want. To be closer to you too 💛

So come, celebrate your beauty upon this Earth 🌍 lift your heart to the heavens 💗

P L A S T I C

It starts with plastic. Plastic toys. The Spirit, Divine or energy doesn't vibrate through plastic. It doesn't give you a direct connection to the non physical world of remembrance. So we make a different connection to it. An attachment. So we can still hold it in our consciouness or interact with it.

It brings attachment and also strengthens the idea of separation. We start off with good intentions to feed them whole foods. But then come a few sugar spikes of processed sugar. And a few sugar spikes later the brain rewires. It no longer wants to recognise whole foods. We give up and feed them processed food. At least they are eating something. Their taste changes they no longer recognise whole food the way it comes in nature. The way it connects in codes and information with the Earth Mother 🌍 we begin to feed them plastic food. More separation. More disconnection.

In this disconnected state the most appealing thing is to further shut down. Reaching for technology to numb this place of attachment and disconnection. Tablets. Phones. Television. Seem the only way to soothe this. Soothe ourselves from a disconnected reality. Emotional expression of spirit and truth become suppressed. Shut down. You try monitor the tablet or exposure to technology. You take it away. The melt down of attachment begins. The anger shows, the hurt is there. Sometimes it is so bad they become physical. Smashing up their surroundings. You give the tablet back to keep the peace. What else are you ment to do? 🌙

Is a spiral effect of the modern world of disconnection. And it is up to you to know the difference 💗 that is your evolement here ✨️

What brings children back? Whole foods. But before that what brings them back from the sugar spikes of disconnection? Herbs, plants, garden weeds. Teas, tinctures, natural remedies you have always known. These rewire the child's brain back into the natural world. Then the whole food and whole food sweetners can be tasted again.

We forget the most important realms to us. It is not plastic. It is the plant, animal and mineral world. These are what remind us of who we truly are 💛

Do we need baskets and baskets and wardrobes of plastic? No. Do we need to dress as princesses and spider man dressed in plastic clothing to aid the disconnection of the Divine? No. Remember that the Divine and non physical world doesn't vibrate through plastic.

When did we need all of this? 🌙when we were sold it. And are we still buying it now? No. We know better now 💗

Bring our children back to nature rhythms, to whole foods, to making with our hands of love, to learning ancient ways 🌿 to learning who we are again ✨️ from that place we rise 💛 as one 🌍

Where you fit in. Where you feel naturally in your beauty. Your splendor. Your element. And sometimes we forget this isn't only physical. May be you love women. Being with the beauty of women. May be you love the rivers or the ocean. May be you love the forest of the trees you know well. Sometimes we try to fit in. And we do all fit in. It is just that community of where you fit in is in your heart. And if you are not enquiring here you may be wasting alot of energy. And sometimes. You community is non physical. It is formless. May be it is the nature spirits or the faerie realms. May be you just prefer your spirit guides to people. Or may be you prefer the gods of the unseen worlds. So if you feel you don't entirely fit in. Are you missing the forgotten elements of you that love the non seen world as well 🌅
