With a VERY heavy heart it’s time to close the doors on my much loved Dunedin based massage business.

Having opened our new Beds R Us store in Queenstown we have made the sudden, yet exciting, decision to move here for a 12 month trial.

Some of you I have known and massaged for over 15 years, and some just a few months- but what ever the length of time has been please know I truely value each and everyone one of you. It’s a privilege to massage you all. As a client I know it can be scary for a first time, personal, an outlet of emotions, time to just zone out and be peaceful, a time to unload all your worries and stresses, or to just want to yell bad words because I’m working that sore knot that needs it so much!!!

Wether you’ve been a talker, a yeller, a snorer, a cryer, a laugher or a farter- thank you for choosing me to be your therapist, it’s been my privilege and I’m so sorry I’m not going to get the chance to see you all personally before we go 💞

What a journey we’ve all been on lately! No doubt many of you will be well over due for a massage- I know I am!
Many of my clients will know that Ricky and I have another business in town- Beds R Us Dunedin, and that we were planning to open our Queenstown store in April. That’s obviously been delayed, but we are heading away for a month for it’s opening early June. Hence the delay in me being able to open up my massage doors until the 22nd.

Can’t wait to see you again then, until then- book in, stay safe and wash your hands!

Why do I always offer you a glass of water after your massage, and encourage you to drink more when you get home? Here’s why!

- Working-out is dehydrating, wether your are actively pumping weights or passively working your muscles through a massage.

- Massage relaxes tension in muscles, which allows nitrogenous metabolic waste to be released into your system.

- Drinking water provides your kidneys with the water they need to eliminate this waste, and your muscles with the water they need to rehydrate.

It's been a busy year bringing our son Harry into the world! What a delightful wee boy he is too! Harry's now started in daycare and is loving it, which means I am now back in (limited) business! But I'm NOT LIMITED this week! I have lots of extra times available due to some unexpected time off my teaching job - so make the most of it and book in now - this week only - to take advantage of this special! $10 off any one hour massage, that means you pay just $60!

Times available: Tues 27th - Friday 30th August. Bookings between 9.30am - 2.30pm and 3 evening appointments available; Tuesday 27th - Thursday 29th at 7pm. THIS WEEK ONLY!

A new year and a new name! After a wonderful wedding to Ricky I am back in business! New hours are Tuesdays: 5.30 - 8pmm and Sundays 11am- 4pm.
