The ow FODMAP diet is a short 2-4 week diet that helps diagnose food intolerance. It is not a long term dietary diet, but used as a diagnosis tool for those with IBS and food intolerance to some fermentable carbohydrates.

If you have ended up with a giant lolly stash, then allow your child to enjoy them with their own self-regulation. Then serve them over the next few weeks alongside some whole foods, such as veggies, cheese, or wholegrains.

And make sure they share some with you!! 🎃

If you are spoon feeding your baby, some things to look for in the spoon:
👉 it is soft on gums
👉 it has some options to help with self-feeding
👉 it has a shallow spoon

If you follow a vegan diet it can be useful to plan meals, so that you can meet your nutritional needs. This includes planning for:
- regular protein sources that contain iron and zinc
- having vitamin C with meals to help with iron absorption
- using calcium fortified milk alternatives
- consider supplements such as vitamin B12 and D
- balancing fibres to avoid gut discomfort

I’m so proud to share that Blended,  Sharing Recipes for Love & Stories for Life has just won GOLD in the Health & Well-Being category at the ABLE Golden Book Awards ✨

This book means so much to so many people. It’s more than blended tube feeding recipes,  it’s personal stories, connection, and hope.
