My name is Aiko I’m a 4th year Physio student. I’m from Japan and have been in New Zealand for a while. I enjoy outdoor activities; open water swimming, hiking (I’m trying to complete all 11 of New Zealand’s Great Walks) and unicycling. I enjoy learning how the muscular-skeletal system functions and am interested in holistic approach from mechanical improvement to relaxation. I have a degree in Sport Science and a certificate as a massage therapist!!

Kia Ora! I'm Kiardyn, a Māori and Pasifika 4th year Physiotherapy student. I am very passionate about physical activity, sports, gym etc - movement is healing to me. I have been a high-performance athlete for most of my life, so I love the sport side of physio but also loved my experience working around pain and backs. Can't get enough of good banter.

Congratulations to our very own Dr Gerard Farell. This wonderful human being is a very experienced clinician and now has a PhD to add to his credentials. September 30, 2023 was scheduled to be a big day for Dr Gerard Farrell. His PhD was due, his scholarship finished and it was close to the due date for his wife to give birth to their third child.
