A C.A.R.E. Champion is someone who brings our values of Competence, Authenticity, Respect, and Empathy to life in everything they do.
This year is the very first time Sound Care Group is honouring these extraordinary individuals. Across all facilities, residents, families, and staff submitted nominations to recognise team members who consistently go above and beyond. From these heartfelt nominations, each home selected one C.A.R.E. Site Winner, the person who best represents our Culture of Care.
At the end of the year, from all site winners we will choose the Sound Care Group C.A.R.E. Champion 2025.

He is a highly skilled and dependable Health Care Assistant who is always ready to help wherever needed and approaches every shift with a positive attitude, without complaint. Whether providing compassionate care in complex situations, stepping up during staffing challenges, or supporting colleagues with a genuine smile, Ryan is someone everyone can rely on.
His authenticity, kindness, and professionalism have earned the trust and appreciation of both residents and staff, with many residents identifying him as a favourite because of the genuine care he shows every day.
