is a ‘Tuesday activity’ for all ages to enjoy!!

is a fun day where we use colorful chalk to draw and share happy, inspirational messages or drawings on the pavements!

What do you need?
- Colorful chalk
- A place outside, like a footpath or outdoor steps.

How do we do it?
1. Get Your Chalk: Grab your favorite colors.

2. Think of Something inspirational like a quote or a message that could positively impact someones life: What makes you smile? It could be a drawing or a nice message!

3. Start Drawing: Use the chalk to create your art. Be creative and have fun!

4. Share Your Art: When you're done, show everyone your artwork and tell them what it means.

5. Take Pictures: We can take photos of our drawings to remember how much fun we had tag KidsCalm mindfulness meditation and

6. Clean Up: After we're done, help clean up any chalk pieces.

Remember, it's all about being creative and spreading happiness! Enjoy !

Nature provides the perfect backdrop for imaginative play, grounding children as they explore roles inspired by their surroundings—like serving up delicious chocolate milkshakes in a café or playing fairies and elves in the garden. 🌼🍫✨

Benefits of doing a mindful maze together, with your child/children:
