Start by taking to one another.
Have a family or flat meeting and express how you are feeling. This includes children too, as they can be easily over looked.
Some ideas could be: talk around the dinner table, boardgames, formal setting with chips and dip, even online games with friends.
The key point is to listen, reach out and ask what do you need us do right now from both all parties.
