This week I have had the privilege of returning to the school of Occupational Therapy to do some Hand therapy lecturing and workshops with students.

Hi, I'm Jayne Didham. I'm a New Zealand registered Hand Therapist (NZAHT) and Occupational Therapist (NZAOT). I work as a Hand Therapist in my own private clinic as well as at Dunedin Public Hospital. I graduated from Occupational Therapy school, here in Dunedin, in 2000.

Working in both the public and private sector provides me with a diverse and indepth knowledge of conditions of the hand and forearm. This ensures appropriate consultation and treatment planning which promotes successful client outcomes. I understand our healthcare system well and have strong links with other professionals in my field.

I am passionate about Hand Therapy and understand the significant impact an injured or painful hand can have on day to day life and wellbeing. If you're reading this, you're likely experiencing some discomfort and frustration. I'd love to meet with you and help you get back to health, fast.
