Keep on top of your aches and pains & peace of mind with maintaining yourself with regular massage therapy.
Every body is different depending on what kind of life you are living ~ what work you do, old or new injuries, postural habits or emotional stresses.
Just everyday life in general, which to be fair most of us all experience, anything that you feel & do you carry around with you!
Lighten the load, put your well being first and book a regular time frame that works for you.
My recommendations range from once a month for general stress relief to weekly or bi-weekly for chronic pain or intense muscle tension until it has settled.

For those who have asked if I'm back massaging after my back injury - YES!
I am not out the woods yet with my healing but am able & happy to still do massages thankfully.

☯️I am willing to believe that things will work out ~ Even when they don't feel like it. ☯️

Its been a week..
The popping sound that came from my sacrum was excruciating & sent me into a week of couch and bed bound, relying on others help & on heavy pain meds that i am now having to heal my stomach lining from. I am now thankfully on the mend and can see the light at the end of this journey. A faster process than i initially believed possible and i am grateful! So grateful!🙏
The process that comes with these times is interesting & always brings me back to my faith in how i feel myself connected to life, to this body. How beliefs around the healing time frames are under pressure to get back to the work life balance.
What if i was just really present during this time & gained inside wisdom on what can come up while i am down that is important for my self growth integration? Why is this happening? Is it just a physical issue or is there more to this? A powerful enquiry & one I welcome you to ask yourselves at times of need. A journey of respecting my limits, patience, acceptance, trust & faith in myself & higher powers of wisdom at play. Not only did physical pain stop me, it paused me to nourish other needed areas of myself, to feel without the distraction of doing, just being. I see these times important and a time to gain more insights & a reset. The back and the spine is our important support system & i saw this as an opportunity to assess psychosomatically my own support. How do i show up for myself, what else can i integrate & how do i give & receive support? Life is so powerful when we learn to read the subtleties. It is a journey for the brave.
Let us all be grateful & accepting of where we all are at this time & use our abilities to listen to the whispers & screams of life as stepping stones to move forward on our paths.

I am hoping to ease back in to seeing clients next week, i will evaluate on Mon 28th April. If i have postponed your appointments you will hear from me soon. 🦋
