Very pleased to have officially graduated this weekend as a Certified Health Coach. Great to meet other graduates face to face and hear of the work they are doing, and their successes they have had in Health Coaching - Behavior change through lifestyle medicine. Massage will always be my #1 but Health Coaching adds another layer to overall possible outcomes - More to share on that later
Neat to have my two best supporters there too.

Happy Saturday!
Too often I have said no to new and challenging things, surprisingly on this day my arm didn't need too much twisting
Heart rate got a good work out, and sweated up a storm as they slowly cranked the speed up.
Heaps of fun & miles of smiles all round, best form of entertainment.
Physical, social & mental challenges = Growth

ALL CHALLENGES ARE A CHANCE TO GROW and become more RESILIENT
Physical, mental, social, some challenges will be small, and some will feel much bigger.
Who knew this task would not be ticked off in an arvo
and who knew our team of three would take 1/3 of the D ring changes to fine tune our systems
Ha we eventually nailed it, and trampoline lives on
No instant gratification here 😅
Would we choose to just buy a new mat with the D rings attached, or choose the team building challenge if we had our time again..........who knows, but one thing for sure bouncing on that tramp now feels alot different in many ways 😃
