I have spent so many hours in the past trying to create this image from a rough drawing I made when I was at a Manual Lymphatic Drainage course years ago - copying a basic body outline from clipart then pasting in dots, arrows and numbers and it always looked TERRIBLE! 🤦‍♀️ 🤷‍♀️

Then I had a random thought this morning and put some prompts into an AI app and voila!

So please tell me - do these instructions make sense to you? Particularly my MLD clients - from conversations and demonstrations we’ve had in person, would you be able to follow these steps and feel confident you were getting it right?

I’d love your feedback thanks! But because this was attempt 8 of creating it exactly how I wanted it I’ve run out of “image creation” options until after 12.36pm so any changes I need to make will have to wait till after then!😆

From 1st of April there will be new pricing for massage services. I’ve been putting this off for a long time as I’m so conscious that things are tough out there for a lot of people financially (I just looked back through my booking system and found that the last time I had a price increase was September 2022!!).

Derek and I are heading away for a break - not actually fishing, but definitely some serious relaxing! We leave this Saturday (16th) and return on Thursday the 28th (first day back at work is the 29th). We’re hoping to get a few massages of our own while in sunny Queensland and warm up our bones a bit.

Multitasking here today - I’m getting some lymphatic drainage treatment on my Bio Compression pump while rolling Mobiderm bandages for my next client who is coming for a manual lymphatic drainage treatment.

This compression machine is a new treatment option available and is fantastic for maintenance between full treatments. If you’re keen to find out more please send me a message (I’ll be adding it to the online booking system shortly).

Who else gets that incredible feeling of satisfaction from turning chaos into calm? Last weekend I cleared a crazy mess off (and out from underneath 😳), one of my office desks then dismantled it and put up this industrial shelving unit. I have SO MANY resources for the different modalities I practice and have interests in, along with raw materials, molds and packaging for the massage bars and oil blends I make that I struggled to keep them in any order.

Now when I walk into my office I just smile! Seriously though, check out my magazine holder labels!!!

I was so excited to open this box today - my Mobiderm and Biflex compression bandages for use in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy were overdue for replacement! The soft cubes of sponge in the bandaging gently work into the layer of lymphatic tissue, mobilising fluid and helping to break down fibrosis. They’re also super effective at shifting swelling around joints and freeing up movement.
