HYD Online Classes! 🧘

A quick reminder for those heading away or back home over this holiday/summer season that we have a library of Online Classes available for all on a direct debit membership or unlimited pass!

Featuring all of our styles of yoga and pilates classes, the library is a great way to continue your practice even when you can’t make it into the studio.

If you’d like to activate these videos on your account all you need to do is send us a quick email at enquiries@hotyogadunedin.com

If you are not currently a member or do not have a pass at the studio, you are still welcome to purchase our online membership, for just $15 via the Hot Yoga Dunedin website.

We are excited to be welcoming Anna Perkins back to our Hot Flow teaching team! She will be taking her first class back on Monday 10th Nov, please come along and show her your support.

A little bit more about Anna..

I found yoga in my early 20s when I was living in Canada. I loved the way it challenged my physical body and calmed my mind. It helped me continue in all the physical pursuits that I loved, like mountain biking and snowboarding. I continued to practice, study and practice some more in all parts of the world.

I spent a month in 2001 in Mysore India learning from AtmaVikasa College of Yoga. My love grew deeper. In 2011 I finally got my level 1 and studied with Lance Schuler and INSPYA Yoga, and finally became a Yoga Alliance registered teacher.

Since then I have studied with numerous teachers, including Tiffany Cruikshank, Noah Maze, Donna Farahi and Nicky Knoff, to continue my ongoing yoga study. My interest in health and wellness has let me broaden my knowledge on all types of health, including food and nutrition, lifestyle enhancement and the use of oils as alternative products in all aspects of your life.

The best teacher that I have ever had is my students - I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping people start their own yoga path.

A breakdown of our heated and non-heated yoga classes, alongside Mat Pilates, a traditional non-heated Stott method pilates class and Inferno Hot Pilates here at Hot Yoga Dunedin.

With all classes suitable for students of every level, we warmly welcome beginners to join any of our classes.

Our Intro Pass is a great way to experience the studio, with unlimited access for 14 days, at just $39. Available to all of those who are new to the studio, as well as those returning after a six month period.

A quick reminder ahead of the weekend that this Monday we will be running a slightly reduced class schedule for Labour Day.

7:45am - Inferno Hot Pilates
9:30am - Original Hot Yoga 26&2
12pm - Yin Yoga
4pm - Hot Flow Yoga

Book your place via our branded app, website or MindBody to secure your spot in class, or access our Online Class Library via our website if you are heading away or can’t make it to the studio.
