Here’s a little interview about my time studying massage therapy. I cannot say enough just how much I enjoyed my studies and how the holistic and inclusive approach has helped me into this mahi.

For anyone who might be interested in a career in massage, or is curious about checking out the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health - Otago Polytechnic, I say go for it! They really are an amazing bunch!

🎉 Not to brag... but I think I might be quite decent at this massage mahi!

This year has been such an incredible journey. Retraining in massage therapy has brought me so much joy, and I’m stoked to share that I’ve completed my studies with straight A's 🥳. To top it all off, I was honoured to receive the Massage Therapy "Ambassador 2024" award from Otago Polytechnic. It’s humbling to know my passion for this work shines through in the way I study and connect with others.
