Meet Amelia and Teresa, twins who decided to roll up their sleeves to donate plasma together.

Not only do they share the same DNA, but each share the motivation to donate life-saving plasma used to treat patients who rely on plasma derived medicines every day.

Having a built-in support person made the experience even more meaningful (and a little more fun too!). 💪

Oamaru, you showed up - and lives will be changed because of it ❤

This week on our Oamaru mobile, we collected an incredible 207 donations of lifesaving blood.

That means up to 621 lives impacted families, patients, and communities who will get more moments because of you. 🩸

To the amazing North Otago community, our dedicated volunteers, and our fantastic hosts at the Oamaru Club - thank you. This is what happens when a community comes together with an admirable purpose.

We couldn’t do this without you.
