Why I Meditate 💗💗💗💗💗

Meditation allows me to catch my breath, slow down, and look at life and what's going on around me with a totally different perspective.

Do you ever think, "I can't turn my brain off for 30 seconds, let alone long enough to meditate"?

I used to think I could never meditate because I couldn't sit still and not think of anything. But I started small with eight minutes a day, and I surprised myself; now I take others through meditation!

I still find it hard to listen to my own voice, but others love it.

I finally learned that meditation is not about clearing your mind and thinking of nothing; it's about truly accepting who you are and not letting your thoughts or what you haven't achieved today control you.

It helps me recognize and detach from my thoughts, to let go of all the chaos in my life.
