💚 An update from Dr Stacey & the Knox Rehab team 💚

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that accessing chiropractic care at Knox Rehab has been more difficult for some clients following the retirement of the wonderful Dr Sue.

Since then, we have been doing our absolute best to provide as much care as possible with one pair of hands, while actively advertising far and wide for an additional chiropractor to join our team. Like many areas of healthcare right now, there is significant demand for experienced practitioners — but please know we will continue our search until we find someone truly fantastic and aligned with our values.

From February, we’ll be making some changes to our schedule to help improve access. This will include:
✨ A small number of short-notice appointments becoming available each week
✨ Blocked appointments on Thursdays that will be released earlier in the week, allowing us to respond to urgent needs where possible

We will also continue to run our waitlist, which Allison manages so wonderfully. If you’re keen to be seen sooner, please don’t hesitate to call the clinic and ask to be added — cancellations do come up, and we love being able to offer these to our loyal clients.

As a chiropractor and wellness advocate, it never sits easily with me knowing that people may be waiting for care. Please know that I do the very best I can every day to provide excellent, thoughtful care — and I truly look forward to offering more flexible options for you very soon.
