What's your happy place?

This picture captures it for Wendy, our acupuncturist and exercise rehab provider.
Those of you who have experienced acupuncture with Wendy have probably been given ideas to support a restful body/mind - a concept known as 'self-regulation' which was a key topic in her PhD.

One simple way to re-ground back to your 'happy' is to reflect on your 'happy place' at home. For some of us, it's connecting with fur-babies or fellow humans, for others it's finding a quiet corner to read, and often it's both of these depending on the moment. The more we become conscious of what works when, the easier it becomes to re-establish a more easeful state of being.

Take time this week to reflect on your happy place. If you need some guidance, and a little extra grounding from acupuncture, feel free to book with Wendy.

Just a reminder that from February, we’re introducing some added flexibility to help our loyal clients be seen sooner:
✨ A limited number of short-notice appointments will be released each week
✨ Thursday appointments will be held and then opened earlier in the week to better accommodate urgent needs

We recommend checking our online booking system from Monday lunchtimes to see what appointments have opened up for the coming Thursday.

Our waitlist will continue to operate, and Allison does an exceptional job managing this. If you’re hoping to be contacted should an appointment become available sooner, please give the clinic a call — we’re always happy to add you.
